Lawn Sprinkler Service Agreement
Services Provided
SPRING START-UP Close all sprinkler system drains, adjust valves for activation, turn on water supply, inspect for leaks, adjust sprinkler heads for proper coverage, inspect controller program.
SUMMER INSPECTION and ADJUSTMENTS Inspect all zones for proper coverage, adjust sprinkler heads if necessary, inspect the system for leaks, adjust controller program for summer conditions.
FALL WINTERIZATION Shut off water supply to the sprinkler system, blow out water in the system with an air compressor at moderate pressure, adjust valves for winter conditions
Repair labor and replacement parts are not included in the Lawn Sprinkler Service Agreement, but are discounted under the three service plans. This Lawn Sprinkler Service Agreement only applies to residential systems in zip codes 51501 and 51503.
